About the Business
The company was formed by the 2 directors Brian Keely and Rob Lynham. It was clear that there was a requirement for a rapidly deployable solution, whereby the installer could respond quickly to a customer's needs and ongoing service requirements. It was also clear to us from experience, that this particular solution and service could not be delivered effectively by large installers We had found that internal processes stifled their ability to respond in the timescales that the client expects from a rapid deployable security solution. With the high level of flexibility required we believed we were well positioned to deliver a better service and delivery compared to our larger competitors. Ace Defence have extensive experience in the security industry and fully appreciate what is required to truly deliver customer service. We believe that the ability to provide sound advice, coupled with outstanding delivery and the use of wireless technology, we can meet the expectations of most clients.

The PCC decided to opt for the Ace Defence system because of their Webcam facility included in the sensors, enabling the monitoring centre to verify the presence of intruders and to avoid costly false alarms.
Ace Defence were quick to quote, quick to install and proved cost effective. The installed system of CCTV is simple to operate and can be moved around by our site staff without the need of fitters. As soon as the cameras and the warning signs went up we stopped getting ‘visits’ from undesirable elements.
We been using Ace Defence on a number of developments in our South West region for over twelve months and have seen a reduction in incidents across all of them. They have a proactive and flexible approach and seem to genuinely care about protecting both our property and our customers. Using a combination of their camera system and manned guarding where necessary we feel that they give us an excellent service and value for money.
