Gardwell consistently provide a reliable and professional service which includes a maintenance programme. The increased security measures provide an effective deterrent against threatening and abusive behaviour towards staff and we have seen a marked decline in the number of incidents. On the rare occasion an incident has occurred, we have been able to provide video evidence to the police to aid prosecution of individuals concerned.
In addition to being a deterrent to potential thieves and cutting down on vandalism, the CCTV system is also useful in enabling me to find out what is happening around the church at any time of day or night. The retaining of events for some 21 days is an added bonus. One of the advantages of the modern small CCTV cameras is that they are very inconspicuous. On a listed building this is very important. We have found that if there are any problems with our CCTV installation, Gardwell Secure Systems deal with them quickly and efficiently.
